RENO, Nev. – Nevada men’s tennis closes out its scheduled 2021 home slate with two matches this weekend, hosting Boise State and Utah State this Friday and Sunday, respectively, at McArthur Tennis Center.

The weekend provides a golden opportunity for the Pack (5-7, 1-1 MW) to remain in the conference-championship picture, as it faces two other teams sitting in the four-team logjam at 1-1 in Mountain West play.

Up first is Boise State (12-2, 1-1 MW) Friday at noon, as the Pack will get its first chance to snap its two-match slide. The Broncos had a 10-match winning streak snapped in a 4-0 loss at UNLV last Friday.

Utah State (10-5, 1-1 MW) also comes into the weekend on the heels of a loss at UNLV. The Pack and Aggies will square off Sunday with an 11 a.m. first serve.

Following this weekend’s conclusion to the home stand, Nevada will close the regular season with three on the road, beginning April 16 at UNLV.
