10 – Baba Rahman
The Ghanaian defender joined Chelsea in August 2015, with a four-year contract. Continuous injuries caused Baba Rahman’s career to decline at the Blues.
Baba Rahman had to go down to play in the Chelsea U23 team when he could not squeeze into the main team. The 27-year-old left-back was loaned out by Chelsea to other teams. This season, Baba Rahman plays for Reading on loan from the Blues.
9 – Radamel Falcao
Jose Mourinho brought Falcao to Man United on loan from AS Monaco. Constant injuries have caused the Colombian Tiger to lose his goal-scoring instinct. In fact, Falcao contributed only 1 goal after 1 year playing at Old Trafford. A bad contract!.
8 – Matthew Kezman
Kezman plays as a striker and he cannot compete for a starting spot with the legendary Didier Drogba. Kezman has 7 goals in 41 appearances. The Serbian striker played for just one season at the Blues before moving to Atletico Madrid in 2005.
7 – John Square
Cuadrado joined Stamford Bridge in January 2015 in a deal worth £23 million. The Colombian star has only 13 appearances after 6 months playing for Chelsea.
Disappointed with Cuadrado’s performance, Chelsea decided to push him to Juventus on loan before selling him off to the Old Lady.
6 – Filipe Luis
Luis was considered the best left-back in the world when Mourinho brought him to Stamford Bridge in 2014. Even so, Luis only played a backup role for Cesar Azpilicueta. A year later, the Brazilian defender returned to Atletico Madrid.
5 – Jiri Jarosik
In 2005, Jarosik joined Chelsea from CSKA Moscow. Although he only played for the Blues for a short time, Jarosik still managed to win the Premier League with the English team.
4 – Marko Arnautovic
Arnautovic had a brief stint at Inter Milan under Mourinho. Arnautovic joined the blue half of Milan on loan from FC Twente. Arnautovic made just 3 appearances in Serie A before returning to FC Twente.
3 – Emmanuel Adebayor
In January 2011, Mourinho brought Adebayor to Real Madrid on loan from Man City. Mourinho decided to put his faith in Adebayor in the context of Los Blancos striker crisis.
Adebayor contributed 8 goals in 22 appearances. His performance was not enough to convince Mourinho. The Togo striker returned to Man City shortly after.

Fernandes is one of the poor signings of the Portuguese strategist at Tottenham. The Portuguese midfielder spent 6 lackluster months wearing the Rooster shirt on loan from Benfica.
1 – Grandpa Djilobodji
In the summer of 2015, Mourinho brought Papy to Chelsea from FC Nantes. Papy was a big disappointment when he only came on once to replace Falcao in the League Cup. In January 2016, Papy joined Werder Bremen on loan.
