PRIOR TO NEVADA — Spent two seasons at Folsom Lake College before transferring to Nevada … Earned an associate’s degree in art … Posted a 2-0 record with three saves in 10 innings pitched with 14 strikeouts in a shortened 2020 season.

HIGH SCHOOL — Graduated from Cy-Woods High School in Cypress, Texas where he was a two-sport athlete in baseball and hockey.

PERSONAL — Son of Janet and Ian Kellogg-Clarke … Has four brothers, Lachlan, Payton, Spencer and Sterling … His father, Ian, played football at Principia College and his brother, Lachlan, played minor league football … Majoring in human development and family studies … Would like to go into law enforcement or coaching after college … Chose Nevada because it felt like the right fit and he has family and friends close to him in the area … Also recruited by St. Edwards, Rutgers and Oklahoma Baptist … Lists Ken Griffey Jr. as his sports hero … The most memorable moment of his pre-Nevada career was striking out the side against Sacramento City College during his junior college days … Enjoys “catching dubs nonstop in warzone with his boys” during his free time.
